Partner program

This page describes how commission is calculated today. A lawyer has not reviewed it. The wording should be checked separately before it is treated as a public promise.

A partner earns commission on payments from people who arrived through that partner’s link or promo code.

The default rate is 30%. The cabinet can show a different percent. A new rate applies only to new referrals. People who are already attached keep the snapshot from the moment they were attached.

The default earning window is 6 months from the attachment date. A payment after that date does not create commission.

Commission is calculated from the amount the customer actually paid after the discount. A link discount and a promo code are not added together. The larger one is used.

A refund removes the commission for that payment. If the month is already marked paid, a negative amount is written in the current month. This does not return credits to the customer.

An admin marks the payout for a closed month. There are no automatic payouts. The partner handles tax on their own commission.
