How to ask your question
Name one specific situation. "How will my work project develop over the next few months?" works well. Three cards show a continuous line of development rather than a scattered forecast.

What the three positions mean
Card 1 reveals the past foundations still affecting the situation. Card 2 describes the current reality. Card 3 outlines the likely future trajectory if conditions continue.

If the cards seem to pull in different directions
That is normal in evolving situations. Past momentum may point one way while present actions are already shifting the outcome. If your question combined two separate topics, make two distinct readings.
